Configure a shared STRAND inbox. Duty holders email documents directly to it. STRAND receives them, identifies the project, files everything in the correct folder, rescans, and sends a receipt confirmation. Nobody needs to touch it.

The email ingestion engine monitors the inbox continuously. It matches incoming documents to projects by address, project reference, drawing number, or sender. It routes each file — drawings to the drawing folder, ironmongery schedules to specifications, fire documents to the fire folder. It triggers a rescan. It logs everything to the golden thread.

The result is a platform that is always current. Always evidenced. Always ready for the next gateway — without anyone having to remember to update it.
